Hello! Thank you for stopping by my author page. My name is Daniel Chambers and I am a high school English teacher in Amarillo, Texas. Although I work in Amarillo, my family and I live in Claude, Texas where most of my stories are set. I originally wrote the first book in the series (The Mountains of Claude, Texas) for my son as a way to teach him about faith through our small town. My wife then encouraged me to share it with others, and from there the Windy Tale Adventures series was born.
I write and illustrate each book myself. I’m still learning as I go, but every page is rooted in my faith in Christ and a deep hope that these stories will point children toward him. If these books can help do that, then they’ve done what I prayed they would do.
